Wildwood Apartment Homes

I lived at Wildwood for a very long time. I moved away after some life changes and returned after 18 months because I missed this magical piece of land on the creek, among the trees. The large deck is my sanctuary, and my cats love it as well. It’s just a short, woodsy walk along the creek to historic downtown Issaquah. Big windows and light filled rooms no matter what the season. Management is very on top of things and incredibly responsive if you need them and a big part of why I came back.

We lived at Wildwood Apartments for one year. The community is nice and quiet, which we appreciated. However, it may not be a good option for families with kids like us, as there are no included utilities or child-friendly amenities. We move to a nearby neighhood with swimming pool and playground with lower rental price, and my son love it! The property manager was friendly throughout our tenancy. Unfortunately, our experience changed when we decided to move out. She did not respond to emails, showed up 45 minutes late for the move-out inspection, and then accused us of leaving furniture by the garbage—which we absolutely did not do. Living at Wildwood for the past year has been a treat to say the least, and if I didn’t need to relocate I would’ve loved to stay longer. Last year, I moved cross-country to Issaquah and with that, there were many things I was worried about with not being able to see the apartment or area before-hand. Tonya and Marisa made the transition incredibly smooth in many ways and I feel so lucky to have landed at such a great apartment complex. My apartment was in the F building so I will speak to that. To start, the apartment, grounds, and laundry facilities are very clean upon move-in and are maintained regularly. They work hard to keep things updated and working well in the units. I stayed at Wildwood for 4 years and had a great time. The community is peaceful and near both the creek and the creek. Lots of wildlife and beautiful sunrises. I'd go up hiking along the trails and really enjoyed my time there.

We moved here in 2016, and Wildwood Apartments has been the ideal place to live for us. Great responsiveness from property management and quiet, friendly atmosphere. We considered other communities when looking to add an extra bedroom, but so many have "amenities" that you are charged extra for, on top the actual rent amount. Amenities we knew we'd never use. We stayed with Wildwood, and they made it so very easy to make the switch within the community, to be able to continue to call this wonderful and easy place to live, home.
