Gilman Square Apartments

All in all a very lovely place to call home~ Property/unit improvements are made every year~ I am personally looking forward to more lighting being added around the property~ As I enjoy walking around at night~ Hopeful for more CCTV surveillance~ I believe it would improve cleanliness & safety on the property~ More speed bumps could be helpful as well~ Many people drive WAY too fast through the complex ~ Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and finished in a timely & professional manner~ The staff are very nice and most live onsite~ My guests often comment on how nice of a place it is~

This is a friendly and well-kept community with a very responsive staff when any needs arise. It feels safe and provides easy access to shopping, library, buses, and quiet open spaces.

Once you scrub, paint, and thoroughly clean the unit, the updated apartments are beautiful to reside in. Staff are friendly and kind. Often maintenance requests can be accomplished promptly and the grounds are relatively beautiful. Location is fantastic if not a bit noisy, especially in the summer months when Front street is closed and traffic is diverted in front of the complex.

I would like to say that I am satisfied with where we live, Gilman Square staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of.I like that they are respectful and very kind and have upbeat attitude. the maintenance workers do a great job at maintaining the properties and it is a clean safe enviroment. the area is very beautiful and it feels like home. Thank you Gilman Square staff, I am grateful to be apart of your community.

My family and I love living at Gilman Square Apts, The office staff always makes you feel welcomed and at home! Their on top of maintenance issues and does a great job on keeping the complex kept up on.
