While living here I had a great experience! Brock, Aaron (along with little George) were just the best! Public spaces are kept clean. Super nice neighbors. Easy access to grocery’s and shopping. I will miss living here!

I’ve really loved living here. The location is perfect and the apartments are modern. I have rented out the community room recently and had a great experience, it was spotless, easy to book, and such a nice space. And a special shout-out to Aaron, who is always so friendly and pleasant to see around the property. Definitely recommend this place!

We recently moved our elderly family member into Vale and it's such a lovely place to live! Apartments are fresh and modern and close to shopping. Savannah is the best apartment manager, so professional and friendly! She goes above and beyond for the residents. It gives us peace of mind to know that our family member has such caring staff working where she lives!

From the tour to move in to living here every day, it has been a pleasure. Everyone is extremely relaxed and respectful. The staff is wonderful and has always helped quickly with anything we need. And of course AARON! Where would we be without him - not just an employee (and a great one at that) of Vale but a friend to all that live here. Highly recommend!!
