Discovery Heights Apartments

I am living here from 7 months. I saw lot of apartments and reviews are horrible for all, including this one. I was puzzled. Later I decided to take here, 1.Apt is big, including washer & Dryer (front loading), Aisle kitchen, spacious. 2.No extra charges for parking 2 cars. 3. Indoor pool, Jacuzzi, Gym etc.4.Safe neighborhood 5.Outstanding views, several walking trails within 3min walking. Coming to maintenance requests, I did not have any expectations as i read several complaints. I raised 9 requests in the last 7 months, every one of them are addressed right away, one of them was washer was making loud noise, they replaced it with a Brand new one in 4 days, i was beyond happy. I never had any problem finding parking, as it seems to be the issue in most apartments i saw, I am mentioning i

I put a work order in with Anthony, who is always so pleasant to speak to. My lightbulb was out over my island & I can usually change it myself so the maintenance doesn't have to waste their time with a bulb & help someone else that needs it a little more than I do. But,this time I couldn't get the cylinder off as it was so tight so they showed up, got it done & left.Light once again.

I enjoy living here. Enjoy the fact I can rent a spot in the garden. The maintenance people and the 2 very sweet women that provide the cleanliness in the building are great. I dont have much knowledge of office staff other then Anthony. They are always new people.

I’ve lived on this property for several years with my kids and we’ve stayed for so long because this property is so convenient to literally everything. You can can easily walk to the movie theater, Safeway, Mod Pizza, and Mud Bay. You can also catch the bus close by, catch an Uber in under 10 minutes every time, or book a Metro Flex car. From the moment I moved in, I have been consistently impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere that defines this place. I’ve lived at a lot of other apartments but always felt most of the staff didn’t care who you were. We feel like they care at this property. The amenities are top-notch. The maintenance crew on this site has always been excellent and I’ve lived here for 8 1/2 years. I also want to commend Jazz the Assistant Community Manager who has always been very supportive and professional for all my needs & she is definitely a Asset to Discovery Heights Apartments including me 💯🤩😁 I also want to commend Susan/Community Manager who I first met when I moved in 9 years ago this July🤩 with a smile 😊…. Kimberly & Anthony/Leading Professional's sit @ the front desk when entering the Leasing Office!
