After putting in an application, I had messaged, and emailed to give the information they asked for. I received no message back, so when I got another one I called to see what they would need. I spoke with Amanda. She was rude, sighed, raised her voice and cut me off. I will not be renting through this company, after her attitude on the phone.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent $120 on applications only to be told afterwards that the apartment was rented. They could’ve said that during any of the phone calls had, but neglected to. Very short and rude as well, avoid at all costs.

I find it difficult to comprehend how a business can operate with such a lack of professionalism and integrity. They impose unreasonable charges, fail to address a leak under the sink for almost a year, and provide inspection notices via email with less than 25 hours' notice. Furthermore, they monitor whether the email has been opened and proceed regardless of whether the recipient is aware of the notice. They refuse to disclose the reasons for eviction and selectively communicate with tenants, rather than ensuring consistent messaging to all parties involved. I would strongly advise against engaging with this company under any circumstances due to their unacceptable practices.

Terrible customer service. Spent $120 in application fees just to be told place was rented that morning after being told it was still available. Feel like I was scammed. Would not trust them

Slum lords. Extremely rude and disrespectful. You have to threaten litigation to finally get them to fix water pouring out of a light, light flickering ceiling coming down. All they did was take the light down and left the wires and drywall hanging. This was a year later of maintenance requests. 3 weeks to get deposit processed lmao. They tried to charge more for move out inspection then what is stated on lease. These are a couple things on a long list of issues. If you fill out maintenance requests for leaking water out of ceiling or ac not working in a windowless airless hall for a month you are a complainer and they treat you with nothing but disrespect. They cannot do simple math. Tried to short me for prepaid rent. This place is a complete joke. Beware.
