If I could give ZERO stars I would. Seriously, y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. Nothing more than slumlords. Do not use these people to find a home. They take forever to repair and rent out dilapidated homes. Yes, I have photos and proof of it all. Took over 9 days to repair the hot water tank in the winter time. NO HOT WATER, was told to boil water on the stove and carry it to the bathtub. The sewer lines needs to be replaced in the yard, you have raw sewage backing up in the house, half the appliances don't work, black mold and termite damage throughout. The house needs to be torn down and replaced

Highly recommend going somewhere else for renting. As many others, we were left with a bunch of issues and extra payments due to their lack of communication, despite calls and emails reaching out to them. Communication doesn’t just lack in this company, it is non existent.

My grandparents used them to manage their properties and the complete lack of professionalism is appalling. They don’t respond to messages, don’t keep you updated on anything, will let tenants live rent free for months even though you told them to start eviction proceedings, perform unauthorized repairs and just make decisions without letting you in on any of them. Would NOT recommend.

The office in Lawton, OK are very irresponsible. I will never recommend them to anyone. All they care about is you paying them on time. If you have issues in your home, you have to be on top of them 24/7 in order for them to send someone to "fix the issue" which they never do. I paid in the summer time on electric bill more than $400 because of A/C issues, called them more than 10times and even went to their office but they never fixed the issue. I ended up having to move out because of how irresponsible they were with me. Trust me on when I say this: "This people do not care about their tenants!" If I could give them 0stars I definitely would. Park Jones have been way better to me than them.

You will absolutely never get your deposit back if you rent from this company.... I left my home SPOTLESS. It just needed paint and blinds.... Somehow charged HUNDREDS for things that don't make any sense. Supposedly a pet violation? Hermit crabs must be a big deal then, because I paid two deposits and only ever had two animals. I called them when my one animal was lost and we replaced her; I was given the okay and so was the animal shelter I got her from... so I'm VERY confused and upset by the lack of care and return of my hard earned cash. The garage didn't work for over 6 months, it was never repaired it, and half the reason we moved. The bath tub in our 2nd bathroom never worked from the moment we moved in, they never addressed it.
