Whispering Oak Apartments

Over the last two years I have had exceptional service with regard to maitenance team and the rental managers at the leasing office. It's an amazing group of people that support the community. A big Thank you to Melissa for the help with my tenant web tricky tech issues too. Whispering Oak is a safe, peaceful, and beautiful place I'm happy to call home.

Manager has been very difficult to deal with for my son. Anti Law Enforcement. Management by email. Read fine print!!! Very BAD experience for a 1st time renter.

Update, still at Whispering Oaks three years later. The owner has continued to improve the three complexes and is conscientious about maintenance and appearance. She is also very responsive to questions and concerns and fosters a community environment. The staff is the best; we have wonderful residents and pets, seniors and newborns. Love it here.

Great experience at Whispering Oak Apartments! Nice large bedrooms, with large closets, and plenty of cabinet space in kitchen. Full size washer & dryer included, garage available. Angel in the office was wonderful to work with always prompt in returning email messages and doing what she tells you. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This place discriminates, lies, and ignores. The apartments are beautiful but please stay away. Crystal, the property manager will choose to deliberately ignore you emails for weeks, then when you meet in person will lie to your face. She claimed “we were denied because I did not have a credit score” and “there was no information or anything they could do to help”. First lie, I have a very good credit score across all platforms, second lie, after pulling my credit score, they didn’t even run my credit at all. Please find another place to live, these apartments are not worth it.
