My husband and I live in Arizona. We purchase out-of-state properties to rehab and flip. Our most recent purchase was in Sheboygan. We contacted the Phree Team to help with referrals for contractors and to have some "eyes" on the property during the rehab. Patrick provided excellent referrals and kept in contact with us throughout the process. When the rehab was complete, we listed the house with their agency. The house sold in one day substantially over the asking price. Peter and Patrick were on top of the paperwork and kept in contact throughout the sale and closing. It went perfectly.
