The Corridor Apartments

I just moved in this past weekend and am very happy! From first viewing the apartment to signing the lease and moving in, everything went smoothly. Matt has been available for questions and very quick in his responses. I’m sure other staff are just as great! I even heard from a neighbor that they have enjoyed living here. Very happy to call this place home!

I lived at the Corridor for close to 3 years and I had a great experience. The complex is large dog friendly which was harder to find in the Sheboygan area. I felt safe living at the complex, I would walk my dog at all times of the day and the parking areas were extremely well lit. I had underground parking and the staff was very friendly!

I’ve had a truly positive experience living at Corridor Apartments. The management and maintenance team are absolutely amazing, responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Ever since the current team took over, there have been noticeable improvements in cleanliness, maintenance response time, and even remodeling updates. What stands out the most is how well they listen, your voice is heard, and any concerns or suggestions are taken seriously. It’s refreshing to live in a place where the team is so committed to making it feel like home. Great job to the entire staff!

While I have not been here very long, I can say the environment here is refreshing! All of my neighbors have been incredibly nice, the area around the apartments is kept very clean and every entrance or exit I've seen has some great smelling flowers which is a nice detail. My apartment is super comfortable and incredibly well insulated in terms of energy efficiency and audio. The management team is exceptional! Bill and Vanessa, have and continue to put in extreme amounts of work to make this place what it is and make sure everyone is taken care of. They have been extremely accommodating and make sure any concerns are addressed promptly. I am thoroughly impressed with how The Corridor is run and we need more places around here to have the same management style/fervor.

My husband and I just moved into the Corridore apartments and we absolutely love it! The management was extremely friendly and helpful answering any questions and giving a thorough tour. Our apartment is so big and clean, the closets are massive and the kitchen area is beautiful! We are very excited the property offers a dog park and a dog bathing area- there are also many dog bag and garbage receptacles around the property making this a perfect place to have a pup! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a move!
