Encore Luxury Apartments

I lived at the Encore for 1 year and it was BY FAR the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The communal spaces were always spotless, mail/packages were always securely kept in lock boxes, maintenance requests were always completed timely, and I always felt so safe. The apartment itself was beautifully modern, spacious, and very quiet despite the bustling downtown area with so many things to do! Onsite, Tom and Nick were BOTH the best in maintaining the most beautiful, welcoming environment and I am so grateful for my time there. My golden retriever also was met with so much love and a dog-friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend anyone who is on the apartment search to live at the Encore! Thank you for everything!

I lived at the Encore for 2 years and had a great experience! Great apartment, location, and amenities. Communal areas were kept clean, mail was distributed into lock boxes, and maintenance requests were always completed timely. Tom and Nick were the absolute best! My dog was obsessed with the treats each morning and we were always met with smiling faces. They are very personal and are always willing to lend a helping hand. The Encore and the friends I made there were such a great time during my stay in Sheboygan & I highly recommend anyone who is apartment searching to live there!

I have lived at the Encore for 6 years, and I can say with confidence that it is the best location that you could live at in Sheboygan. First off, the apartments themselves are very well maintained. Everything is kept in working order, and any maintenance requests are handled very quickly and professionally. The same is true for all of the common areas as well. Finally, the overall location cannot be beat. You are literally right outside next to: live concerts on the city green, holiday parade routes, the city library, the arts center, the Wilde center, and so much more. It is also only a few blocks from the beach front, so traffic is no issue at all! I've thoroughly enjoyed by last 6 years at the Encore, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to live in Sheboygan.

I lived at the Encore for 1 year and absolutely loved it. The management and maintenance staff was always very friendly and approachable. Any maintenance issues I had were fixed almost always with in 24 hours and were very flexible with working around times that worked for me due to my work schedule. Weekly cleaning crew kept the halls and common areas nice and tidy. If I ever needed to move into an apartment again, I would highly consider moving back. The amenities are also a huge plus. And the location is prime and close to everything especially all the fun things that happen in the summer. Thank you Encore for making this such an enjoyable place to live! -Rachel F

I was a resident of the Encore for over 4 years, and I had no complaints during that entire time. The apartments are high quality, the amenities are nice, and the common areas are kept clean/organized. Nick does a wonderful job of building a community, and the location can't be beat. The Encore is hands down the best apartment complex in Sheboygan.
