Recently visited a family member for the first time in a couple of years. Wow, has this place gone downhill. Front entry way filled with overflowing trash. This building used to be pristine and even smell amazing when you walked in. Not a welcoming place anymore. Sad

I've been living here for several years. A couple years ago, this place was sold to new owners. It used to be a great deal. The rent was probably cheaper than it should have been. The new owners have made sure to fix that with LARGE rent increases and additional fees. Despite that, it's still priced competitively. I only hope the increases slow down, or soon this place will no longer be priced competitively. There are nice amenities like underground heated parking, a pool, an outdoor fire pit, a dog park, and some workout equipment. The units seems to be pretty well insulated in terms of sound. In some ways, it really is nice living here. However, it is FAR from perfect. They have rules, but they DO NOT enforce them. If you like opening your windows to let some fresh air in, just know th

This place is great! Great service from my first visit to my day of moving in. Impressive pool and a large dog park, always clean too! The property is properly maintained. Specifically impressed with the maintenance team; my washer was leaking heavily and over to the floor, I had to attend a meeting, shut the machine off and made a work order immediately. I was gone no more than an hour and when I got back my floor was cleaned and the problem was fixed, under an hour to fix a maintenance issue? There's no comparison, that's unbelievable and impressive 👍👍

Here's an unbiased review...I've been living here for a number of years now. At first it was a really great deal. When you considered everything that was included, I feel it was exceptional value especially when compared to similar property's in the Sheboygan area. The new ownership has been a topic of many reviews...truth be told, they did their research and felt this property was being undervalued in what they were charging for rents. I wasn't pleased with the rate hike either but when I did my own research, I ended up staying right here. It's still a nice place to be living and I just recently renewed my lease.
