Werner Homes

We love the home we built with Werner. We chose the Wilmington model and made some modifications with Gary’s help. We have been living in the house for about a year now. The construction process was smooth overall, Werner Homes was flexible and nice to work with, and we are so happy with our home and neighborhood.

We recently built a home with Werner and I would say we would not build with them again. The communication through the entire process was not very good, definitely not in line with the money that was spent to build. The more you spend I feel the better the service should be and that was not true with Werner. We are giving as much as two stars because we feel the overall quality of the home construction was good, which is the most important part of all of this at the end of the day.

Love how communicative the Werner family is. Every time I call, they answer right away or get back to me within a few hours.

Variety of Floorplan. Some could be easily modified to be wheelchair accessible.
