Westwood Chateau Apartments

If I could rate at like a 4.5 I could but seeing the fact there are very few apartments out there that seem to have positive reviews and rating above 3.5 stars Westwood Chateau would definitely be a 5 in comparison. Biggest/really the only con is that it is an older building but they make modern updates to keep it from being too outdated and it looks nice. In my nearly two years now of being here they have made many updates during my lease and before I moved in including a window replacement, updated ceiling fans, updated wood floors and new balcony railings. Current property manager is awesome! Maintenance requests are serviced in a timely manner and there is a well secluded, beautiful courtyard area with propane grills and a fire table!

I had the pleasure of living here for three years, everyone was chill and Jess (landlord) did their best to make sure everything and everyone was taken care of. The units are well kept even though some are on the older side (The unit I was renting was dated but in a cozy way and still well maintained) the units are going remodeling and are looking very nice! My favorite part was the communal area in the back with the grills and fire pit. The area is nice with groceries and entertainment well within a ten minute drive.

I lived in this apartment for one year 2019-2020 and really enjoyed it. The balconies/patios are so nice to have, the property and courtyard are extremely well-kept, and the neighborhood is quiet with access to beautiful Lamplighter Park and many amenities within walking or short bus/driving distance. Appliances work great and maintenance requests are attended to in a timely manner. The property manager Jessica is extremely helpful and considerate.

The manager Jess is wonderful and does everything she can to make your apartment home. The building is older but maintained. the updated bathrooms are very nice. The maintenance guy Fred is always ontop of issues and is very friendly. You couldn't ask for a better team to take care of you. The yard with grill area and fire pit are wonderfully maintained and fun to sit outside at.

I lived here for 6 or 7 years and have loved it. It is a very well kept property with wonderful staff. Any maintenance needed is handled in a timely manner. In addition the Property Manager, Jessica, is fantastic. She is one of the main reasons I stayed as long as I did. I absolutely recommend living here.
