This place is amazing 🥰 all the way down to maintenance I. Want to shout out Eric he does a very great job and beyond And the stuff in the office is amazing very understanding ! I appreciate them all very great community safe for kids the leasing manager and property manager does a great job I highly recommend this place 💘

For the 8 months I’ve been living here, I’ve had to deal with the variety of cockroaches that come into the apartment and pest control can’t find the source. The leasing office claims there weren’t signs when they did the did the switchover cleaning and walkthrough. I have 4 types of roach baits and sticky traps all over to catch them because the 5+ pest control visits I’ve had don’t cut it. Finding cockroaches in the toilet bowl in the morning is not a great way to start the day. The tenant next door has 4 dogs and lets her dogs poop and pee on the patio. The stench is so bad that I can’t open my sliding door, which is the only thing I have to let fresh air in. They said that they have given her warnings, but I don’t see any improvement and apparently, two is the max dog rule. They ar

I’ve lived in apartments for most of my life so when I say this is the worst, it has to be pretty horrible. No hot water in the kitchen since moving in almost a year ago. Constant work orders submitted, including this last one about it and they just closed it with no comment. The company that runs it is off-site, so they will hound you if they need something and then ghost you when you need them. The parking lines aren’t even and when I requested they re-stripe them they did but my neighbors car is too big and so he just parks over it. Bugs, roaches. They attempt to send pest control out, the problem like all others just don’t resolve anything. Both of The Westwood Haley's are doing an incredible job at this property. The have completely reinvigorated my trust in management here. Before them, contacting management for anything was a daunting and, to be honest, almost fruitless endeavor. I appreciate them both so much!

Been living here a while now and it’s been all a college student can ask for. Quiet community, polite and friendly. The staff has also treated me well, no complaints here.
