Perfect hidden gem! This place is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot! I moved here with my kids over a year ago and I can’t find much to complain about. The office staff are super friendly and care about keeping the grounds nice. Pest control is top notch! I have not seen one palmetto bug since we moved in! Maintenance is on it as well. I’ve had a couple issues in my apartment and they did everything they could to fix the issues as quickly as possible. They keep trash/dumpsters emptied like twice a week and they walk the grounds often picking up trash. The only complaint that I can think of is that there’s been a couple tagging incidents but I think it was teenagers. I moved to Westwind about ~6 months ago and absolutely love it here. The community is quiet, friendly, and clean! I bought a 2-pack of raid from Costco when I moved in, which was overkill, because I've only seen one roach in my entire 6 months here! Groundskeepers come every Thursday, and trash is picked up from the community dumpster twice a week. Nina, the manager, is very pleasant to work with and very responsive. I've had two maintenance requests in my time here (the first was when I locked myself out on my second floor patio, the second was a false alarm when I thought my fridge wasn't working), and Carlos, the maintenance technician, was at my place to help within one hour of my request both times. I've been living here for 3 years and I absolutely love it. It is peaceful, quiet, neighbors are great and work orders get taken care of quickly. I looove my patio, it is huge! My AC wasn't working in the living room and they had a team the very next day crawling in the attic to fix the air ducts. My washer and dryer broke and it only took them 3 days to replace it. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, this is the place to go. :)

This is a great place to live! I was surprised to learn that I am entering my 7th year here at the Westwind Apartments, so it’s about time I leave a review. As I don’t often leave reviews, I had to figure out how to describe my experience. Here it goes: Why I came. Location- As a home health nurse I needed ease of access to all parts of town, and I have that here. I-35, Mopac, the toll roads, all within a mile! Safety- This place has been my refuge. I’ve never had any issues with theft/vandalism, and for the times that there have been problems in the surrounding area, we’ve received timely notices to be mindful of the situation. Excellent attention from the Leasing Office and Maintenance team. Attentive and full-time dedicated staff to address any demand or problem. Regarding the very good and spacious apartments. The tranquility of the neighborhood is spectacular, in particular it is what I like most about here. ❤️
