Incredible experience with Josh & his team. My original mortgage provider (a traditional big bank) dropped my mortgage 10 days before closing because I got a better job 2 months before applying. Josh's team was able to approve and close the entire mortgage within the 10 day window and made the process clear, simple, and transparent as well as educated me and communicated quickly the entire period despite being such short notice. I also received better terms and credits from them as a lender. Genuinely cannot recommend Josh and his team enough.
