Aura 35Fifty

I highly recommend Aura 3550! The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are luxurious and the staff is top notch! From the moment I spoke to Kelli Bryant on the phone I knew Aura apartments was going to be my new home. Kelli asked me what I was looking for in an apartment and now I’m living in it! Kelli was knowledgeable, friendly and made the process a breeze! Walking into the lobby makes you feel like you’re walking into a resort. The entire staff is responsive and attentive. Special shout out to Kelli (Leasing Specialist) and Chris (Service Manager) for going above and beyond. They are amazing and we love living here! ❤️

We just moved in to our one bedroom apartment about a week ago here at Aura 35fifty. I have to say the application process was great, I only applied about 2 days before our move in date and the leasing team contacted me and started with the onboarding/approval process the same day! Specifically, Jonathon was the person who helped us through the process, he was amazing and very helpful. I think a big part of making a community a great place to live is the management. Even though I have not lived here very long yet, I can tell the management is on it and very hard working. The apartments are very beautiful as well we are enjoying our stay here.

Everything has been really great! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful! I want to thank Jonathon since I bothered him with so many questions since I’m a first time mover and he went above and beyond with all of them and was really helpful throughout the entire process! I toured the apartment after I applied and noticed wasp nests in the balcony and Kelli addressed it right away and she also helped me on move in day:) The apartments are well kept and the gated parking gives an extra sense of safety. I have yet to use all the amenities but can’t wait to try them all. I really recommend!

Chris Hernandez is honestly one of the best maintenance guys I’ve ever met! Every time there’s an issue, he shows up quickly, always super friendly, and gets the job done right. You can tell he really takes pride in his work and cares about the residents, which means a lot. He’s professional, respectful, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working perfectly before he leaves. It’s rare to find someone who’s not only skilled but also genuinely pleasant to interact with. Big thanks to Chris for keeping everything running smoothly! People like him make living here such a great experience!

Aura 35Fifty has easily been the best apartment experience I’ve ever had. I’ve lived in several different places over the years, but nothing even comes close to the level of service, quality, and overall experience here.
