We had a wonderful experience working with Kalan! We had a lot of unknowns when we started our hunt and she was so helpful and patient while guiding us through our process. She was always professional, kind and knowledgeable making sure we had all the information we needed. I appreciate how quick she was with responses and scheduling viewings. She went above and beyond for us, completely surpassing our expectations and we had a lot of fun working with her! I would absolutely turn to her again for any future real estate needs. Brooke Kaliszewski with Bella Casa Realty is amazing! From our first conversation, months before we began house-hunting, we knew that Brooke was the realtor for us. Brooke is kind, warm, and very responsive to our needs even as our list of "musts" seemed to change daily. She has the patience of a saint and when we found the home of our dreams, she was excited for us and worked hard to make it happen.

Kalan did an amazing job for us. There were some changes we made in not moving forward with the initial property that we were considering, we had done the inspection and changed our minds. Kalan picked right back up on the house hunt with us. We ended up choosing a new build in Sun City. Kalan was supportive and attended most of the planning meetings with lots of good insights and wealth of knowledge. Her being an advocate for us through the process was incredibly valuable. There were many Pulte sales team breakdowns and promises with poor communication, Kalan helped navigate these for us. We are grateful for everything done for us!!!
