Shane Holmes was an outstanding realtor from the perspective of a seller. We had an investment property that was going to require significant repair, such that no retail homebuyer would be able to get a loan. Shane was able to leverage the RJF list of off market investors, and had an offer within 24 hours. We closed within a week, and Shane was able to negotiate for $50k more than I was expecting, and $20k higher than the initial offer price. For market context, this took place in late 2025. My only involvement in the process was a 15 minute phone call, and a 30 minute meeting with him on-site to snag a few photos. The next time I saw Shane we were closing. Hello, Jennifer Moughanni is a very enthusiastic person who is happy to help. She assisted me during a stressful time and was willing to listen/very communicative.
