Westside Village Apartments

Management SUCKS!! She started evicting me 2 months after my mom died in our apartment while I was pregnant. The apartments are infested with mice and she says she will do something about it and then does NOTHING! Her yard smells like dog shit 24/7 and she smokes illegal drugs(marijuana, but illegal on HUD property) in her home. She stole my sister's cat, and I caught her child trying to steal my cat from a tree directly outside our apartment. Used to be a nice place until she took over. 10/10 do NOT recommend living there even if you're desperate. A car is better than these apartments.

Before they got me evicted from these horrible apartments, I asked for a solution as soon as I moved in due to so many rodents running all around day/night🤢🤮. I was asking the neighbors for how long they've had the mice issues and they said that the manager doesn't do nothing about it. They been dealing with mice since decades, one lady said she live there for almost 20 yrs! I've seen it. The manager only sends the handyman that is in charge of the units only to put mouser traps inside the apartments that's it. They are wholes all over the apartment. I have pictures from stairs, floor room, stove area and from where the heater is at down the kitchen. The mice can easily get inside from everywhere! The handyman only stuffed the holes with some type of cotton and problem solved. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣🤣

Lived there in 1997 and at that time the complex was clean and safe. Until I discovered MICE and that what made us move. Like I tell people if you aren't happy with office manager always go above there heads and call corporate or locate website and email them. If tenants don't stand up for themselves and get things done the office manager walk all over you. Always look at your lease. Going up the change of command until your situation is resolved.

The manager Argentina is the worst manager ever, the garbage piles up too the point that it's a health issue. The manager constantly pulls power trips on all the residents there and tells them they can't have daily visitors even if you are family or she will give them a violation and try to get them evicted for just having family come by daily to visit. The manager Argentina dose everything she tells the tendency not to do, she says you can't have a BBQ at the apartment but she dose, she says you can only have one car per person and she has three parked in front of her place at all time's. The manager is a hypocrite and she needs replacing badly. Hope management reads this and dose something about this woman.

Visit a friend here often. Apartments set up decent town home style. Bedrooms upstairs and get hot in summer with air units bellow. Can pay complex to have own unit installed in upstairs windows. Sometimes sketchy people around. But never had a issue.
