Sam Woolsey Residential Rentals

Sam Woolsey has really been there for us over the years. My wife and I had our first rental together with Sam 25 years ago. We have have several others with him while changing homes. He is always there for you when push comes to shove. The properties are very well maintained and reasonably priced. I would recommend Sam Woolsey Residential Rentals to anyone!

I rented from Sam for over 10 years. His rentals are clean and beautiful, Sam always made sure to fix anything that ever broke, kept the yard looking nice and overall was an Amazing landlord! I honestly was blessed to have rented from Sam for all those years. My husband And I still talk about how much we miss Sam and our little rental where we brought home our first baby. In the past 25 years I have rented 3 different apts from Sam. They have been very quaint, unique and clean. Sam is a wonderful landlord and makes renting easy. Only electric, which is metered, is not included in the monthly bill. He is easy to contact. If there is a problem, he is right on it. He keeps all his places nice looking and welcoming. We were happy he had availability when we needed another rental!

Sam takes great care of his rentals including the landscaping around the rentals. He takes a great deal of pride in maintaining his rentals to provide comfortable homes for tenants. It is nice to rent nicely kept apartments along with the manicured lawns.

The first home my wife and I ever lived in together was one of Sam's rental properties. It is a wonderful home and we loved living there! You couldn't ask for a better landlord. Thank you for the wonderful years we spent in your beautiful home Sam! -Cody
