Sunrise Estates Apartments

I enjoy my apartment. It has everything I need. Management is great. Maintenance team is great. Grounds are nice. Not a big fan of the laundry situation.

I have lived at Sunrise Estates since 2019. It’s a great place to live! Management keeps up on everything and maintenance crew keeps the grounds nice and clean. I definitely will recommend Sunrise Estates to anyone looking for a comfortable nice place to live👍

Love living here. Quite neighborhood, friendly neighbors, helpful staff, the chance to have a garden space, close to shops. Recommend this apartment complex to all my friends looking for a new place to live

We made some friends and we can have pets here. Which we all love. And we can have more then one pet. I like having 2 full bathrooms. Its very nice.

Management are not fair and consistent. They failed to provide fair housing to me and my children. They allow tenants to harass children and elderly people. During annual inspections they will make repairs without telling you up front what damages they found and then charge you outrageous fees. The manager never answers the phone and is not available to help you with anything. Save yourself a lot of pain and stress living at this complex, please.
