Our move out of Oregon was rapid. We worked with Keller Williams in the state we were moving to and they had a local branch in Oregon. They put us in touch with Heather. We met with Heather initially and went over a general list of fixes prior to putting the property on market. Many repairs would have to be completed while we were out of state.
