Westgate Apartments (Westgate Management LLC)

While the accommodations and the price of the rent were both reasonable considering the area, the staff was nothing short of horrendous. The manager was always a really arrogant, presumptuous person and the maintenance staff didn't know what they were doing most of the time. The apartment always had insects and problems that were never dealt with. All of this could have been avoided if everyone had done their job correctly. I am glad I have since moved out of that toxic environment.

I rented an apartment here during my 3-year postdoc in the US. Everything was handled quickly, efficiently, and without any problems. I felt safe and was able to focus on my work.

Its very pleasant living there and any maintenance issues are dealt with very promptly. For example, when I moved in the AC units where not working that well, and new ones where installed the next day. Kitchen is a bit outdated, but its easy keep clean.

No one is in the office at all the time. Spoke to a lady her name Chancy and she is Rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Unbelievable having someone like her taking care of customers. I gave one star because the Unprofessional customer service.

We moved in about six months ago and the neighbors are nice, management is great, and the apartments are well kept. And there's a bus that goes right to Princeton U!
