Nick in leasing and Justin and Brandon in property management are amazing. Very friendly and deeply knowledgeable. The entire process of leasing was pleasant and seamless, and move-in day was impeccable. The place sparkled. And they even left a welcome home gift for us. And now they're doing the regular dryer vent cleaning, which gives me confidence they maintain the property well. I'm excited to be living here and have full confidence the management will continue to be equally awesome as time goes on.

How I found them: I actually discovered Mercer by accident. I was touring the Artisan Apartments next door—which were a huge letdown—and stumbled upon Mercer. Both properties are by the same developer, but Mercer was such a pleasant surprise. In my opinion, Mercer far surpasses Artisan in quality and vibe. Initial walkthrough: I worked with Justin, who was incredibly patient and professional. He walked me through the unit multiple times, answered every single question I had, and made no false promises. Stayed for 4 years. Well maintained property with lot of shops nearby. Great for kids. Justin from leasing is always so helpful and the whole move out process was transparent and easy to do. Very professional. Shout out to Juan from the maintaince team - very friendly and helpful.
