Brookshire Senior Apartments

It's a good place to reside, clean and safe. Usually quiet, till outsiders visit, guest's have no respect for the other residents. Smell of weed, kids running thru hallways. Office manager is very aware, and is working on fixing this issue. The staff is wonderful, treats EVERYONE with respect and helps with needs of tenants. But, sometimes they can't please everyone. this is a very nice living environment, some people complain, they can always leave and go elsewhere. Brookshire Senior Apartments.. are priced reasonable.

The building structure continues to have a lot of major issues. Fire systems, air conditioning units and most recently their sprinkler system was set off for no reason and flooded at least 3 apartments. This was the second incident where multiple residents had no where to go. Unfortunately, management is not on site and repairs are not handled in a timely manner. I would advise to look elsewhere since the residents are not their top priority.

Why would you even advertise when there is a 3 year waiting list? Seems nice and have friend that lives there.

Beware!!! manager gently touched senior resident and caused physical injuries; which resulted in a promotion. Anger management highly recommended.

I think that The Brookshire is a very nice apartment complex.
