We recently rented an apartment at The Artisan at Lawrenceville Apartments, and Katie was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Since we were moving from out of state, having someone responsive and reliable made a big difference. Katie took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find an apartment that matched our expectations perfectly. She was professional, patient, and quick to answer all of our questions, which made the process much easier and less stressful. He guided me through every step of the way and made the entire transition stress-free. ​The management team here is also top-notch; I’ve been very impressed with how quickly they handle maintenance, with most work orders being completed on the same day. ​Beyond the great service, the grounds are beautiful. I love spending time by the lake and taking walks on the ring road. It’s a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic experience moving into Artisan at Lawrenceville, all thanks to Katie. I was on a very tight deadline with my previous rental and needed to move into my new apartment by the weekend. Katie went above and beyond to make the impossible happen, ensuring everything was ready for a seamless move-in. Even after settling in, her level of service hasn't wavered. Whenever I have a question or a maintenance request, I email her and receive a prompt, helpful response every time. It’s rare to find a leasing consultant who is this dedicated even after the lease is signed. If you’re looking at Artisan, definitely ask for Katie!

I absolutely adore my new apartment! I moved here a few months ago and I’m so thrilled! Everyone from the leasing to the maintenance team has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to get a loft apartment, and it’s absolutely stunning! The natural light is amazing, and the tall ceiling makes the space feel so spacious. Since I work from home, the loft was the perfect place to set up my home office. The location is also great, right between Costco and Quakerbridge Mall. It’s just a short drive from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Wegmans, ShopRite, and many other stores and restaurants. The new clubhouse looks fantastic too, and I can’t wait to use it when it opens. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to move to this area!
