Unfortunately I did not have the best experience with this company. I rented a home in Ewing with three of my friends and a lot of the expenses were unknown. It was not clear of what we were paying for when we got our security deposit back and this was unsettling. While living in the home the property manager was unresponsive and unclear when she would respond to our questions or needs. We had multiple occurrences where we would inquire about certain house related events and the property manager would give us little to no information. You would think a Property Manager would encourage the positive experience for the renters but this is not the case. Recently moved out of a property managed by this office and they took a $325 cleaning fee from my security deposit. I have contacted the property manager numerous times over the past three weeks asking for photos or videos of the "mess" left behind but she never seems to see those messages and does not answer them. Without proof of "excessive mess or damage" keeping money from a deposit is illegal. But, I assume they are aware of this, hence the ignoring of messages. Overall extremely unprofessional, especially since while in the house she would answer her phone almost immediately when contacted.

Cathi and Jim were a great team to work with to find my Mother-in-Law the right condominium to purchase. They were very accommodating in finding her a place that met all of her wants and needs. Cathi and Jim are a terrific pair! I highly recommend Action USA - Rader Realty.

Highly recommend for first time home buyers. I had the best experience 15 years ago. Very professional ,honest and works hard to find your new home. I would definitley work with her if I needed her in the future.
