I lived here for three years, and while the location is unbeatable—just steps from Sully station and within driving distance to Wegmans-my overall experience has been disappointing. Management’s chronic under-investment in building maintenance and resident well-being has made day-to-day life frustrating. Key Concerns (Cons): Persistent Noise & Odors: Neighbors regularly smoke marijuana; despite multiple complaints, management has taken no effective action. Appliance Breakdown:happens regularly, and repairs are always temporary “band-aid” fixes rather than durable solutions. Thus place us old and appliances are grandmother era old. Amazon Package issues: inquiries go unanswered especially with one person working in the office and phone calls go unanswered. High Staff Turnover: Constant

New management is horrific that took over last month. They have gone through 3 assistant managers, 2 property managers, 2 grounds keepers since we moved in less than a year ago. They won’t provide you their name when they call you and hung up on me. Tried to call back and got voicemail. Their hours say open Saturdays and we get an email at 6:02pm on a Friday saying they aren’t open the following day. When addressing my concerns in office and advised them to send me an email , as I was walking out the manager laughed at me extremely loud with an office full of employees and a potential new resident and his son. Extremely unprofessional. Tried to get our lease renewal sent to us since August, finally after attempting to get access to our portal to view the lease and the previous manager leav

I don't live here. Why? Because the application costs $450!! A $400 admin fee (translation: Im too cheap to pay my employees, so you're gonna do it for me). + a $50 application fee lol. For an apartment I'm not guaranteed to live in. I would call them and ask what it means but they only use AI phone lines and AI chats and I can't get a hold of anybody. I couldn't imagine living in an apartment complex that starts running your pockets before youve even viewed the place.

This place is pretty good. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a reasonable time. There's a pool, a small gym, and a BBQ grill area. Our top-floor apartment has a wood-burning fire place. When you tour, check for a microwave in the kitchen because ours actually didn't have one which was very surprising. I wish there were more amenities like a tennis or volleyball court, a larger/more complete gym, or a business center. Overall, I decided to live here because it was cheaper than the expensive NOVA pricing, it's in a pretty good area, and it has the basic amenities that everyone wants. When I initially moved in, staff was not helpful & service wasn’t great, however, a few months in my previous lease agent joined the office & since then things have been great! Cynthia has been not only accommodating, but has also provided excellent costumer service & support. I’ve gone through hard time regarding my living situation & lease, & Cynthia has helped me navigate through every challenge along the way! She is the best at what she does & I couldn’t be more appreciative for all the hard work she’s done to work with me!
