Forest Glen Senior Apartments

My mom moved into Forest Glen apartment three weeks ago and she is very happy to live in this wonderful community. They have a wonderful group of ladies at the leasing office. Nhu-Y and Christina are amazing and so kind to everyone. They were professional and helpful during the application process, they worked quickly and efficiently to get my mom a pair of keys in her hands less than a week. The apartment is clean and spacious, it’s located close to the major highways, grocery stores and restaurants. Mom is feeling very comfortable living here so far and she is looking forward to spending many more years at this wonderful place.

In March 2023, I moved my mother into Forest Glen Senior Apartment community in Centreville Virginia. What a fantastic, new, cheerful and secured facility with great staff. Ms. Nhu-Y (leasing manager) was extremely professinal, caring and helpful during the entire application and move-in process. Her assistance made the application verification process easy. Ms. Nhu-Y also provided us other great information such as Fairfax county Meals on Wheels and other social services for seniors adults that we were not aware of. She is very busy but always take time to welcome my mother and my family members during visits.

Nuh-y was the most amazing lady to deal with! When speaking of patience, kindness, and knowledge that is her mantra and I commend her for how much kindness she gives others to make them feel great. Making my mom feel happy means more to me in this world than words can say and I know she is a wonderful person 👏! Beautiful building and amenities too , but Nuhy-y makes the community what it is today sincerely!

My parents experience living in Forest Glen has been wonderful. Ms Nhu-Y Johnson was so informative and helpful during the tour. We were amazed by all the community amenities & how clean and spacious the units were. From my first conversation with her to set up our first appointment and the many calls and visits until my parents were ready to move in. There was not one question left unanswered. I can say that our decision to choose Forest Glen was because of Ms. Johnson, the leasing manager at Forest Glen. Also, many thanks to all the management staff, who seems to have built a truly positive culture at Forest Glen for all the fortunate tenants. It has been incredibly kind, warm, and informative from the start. Thank you from Mark & my brother Curtis

My in-laws have been here for almost 1 year. The office staff are not helpful and they are very condescending to some of the residents. My in-laws are in their 80s and they deserve to be treated with respect and dignity at this point in their life. I hope someone from corporate or the owners will reach out to me so we can express our concerns.
