Lee Overlook Apartments

I’ve been living here for a month now and it’s been great! The community is quiet and clean! Also the scenery is gorgeous I love the trail right behind us. Also I put in a maintenance order and it was taken care of by the next day. I appreciate the leasing office working with me and the community events they do are so sweet, you can tell they really try to connect with the residents.

I moved to Lee over look Feb 2024 and live here for a year beautiful place to live in for families and love the walk and water at the back of the community. I specially thanks Miss. Malinda and Evelyn for being kind and always acting as professional you both have always been on top the issues we reported for repairs. The repairs team is very respectful and professional thank you all.

I’m not quite sure where to begin, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I lived in Lee Overlook as a child in 2012, then moved away only to return as an adult in 2023. After a period of transition, I ended up coming back at the end of 2024. You might wonder why I made this choice, and I can tell you it was worth it! My time here has truly been wonderful! From the moment I arrived, Evelyn and Melinda went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. It’s disheartening to hear that some people have negative things to say. What I do know for sure is that they are incredibly quick to help residents whenever needed. I just wanted to take my time to say how thankful I am of Evelyn being so persistent and helpful whenever I need help at the community. She is so attentive and very professional, I always go straight to her for any issue or just email her and I love how quick she’s on it! Thank you Evelyn!!!!!!

This use to be such a nice community, I feel awful leaving a one star review, but I recently went into apply since the first time I lived here I had a great experience, everything has changed. I went into apply, paid the $150.00, the property manager, MELINDA, told me she did not have an answer for me and she had so many applications to go over she wasn’t sure when she could get back to me, but she said it was not an easy processes. She said if I was approved, and I quote, I would have to show her proof of what homes my kids were going to be “bouncing back and forth from”. She continued to go on about how difficult it is to get approved. The next day I receive an email welcoming me to the community etc. A couple of days later I receive an email telling me I was denied.
