Every time I’ve put in a ticket to have something fixed or looked at, they’ve responded with the highest level of professionalism and patience. They consistently go the extra mile, making sure not only that the job is done, but that it’s done right. Their dedication and care have truly made my experience here a remarkable one. The service I received from Trish and Olivia was excellent. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable in my new unit. Because of them, I would highly recommend living here. That said, my only negative experience came from the Xfinity representative on site. From the very first call, she was extremely pushy and rushed. I had to repeat myself at least five times that I wanted my existing service moved over exactly as it was, including keeping Netflix on my account. Instead of simply doing that, she told me I would need a “special team” since I wasn’t starting fresh with her, but reassured me I could still get the deal being offered. Unfortunately, she did not follow through. When I moved in, my service wasn’t set up correctly. I spent over four hours on the phone w
