Spruce Court Apartments

Ok, so overall it's nice being here, longer than I planned, but pleasant. No why a 3? Ok, so what's changed? When I first moved in there were 3 in the office, they had fun things for holidays for the kids. That's gone. There were 2-4 people doing maintenance, now just the Rockstar Ceasar. Recycling bin is way too small! My parents have the same size bin for just 2 people and we share it with around 15 apartments, so NOT eco-friendly or conscious. Last year they added handicap parking, not sure why. It's not handicap accessible. Steps everywhere which is fine. Laundry issues is on the residence to call when there's an issue???? But Galman holds the contract? Of course rent goes up EVERY YEAR, but definitely not the value. Residence lose more and pay more but get nothing. Ok, food for tho

I would like to thank the office for serving soup it was anazing. I have been a tenant for 3 years and have always been happy wirh the service that is provided when i come into the office. The msinteance team is also amazing. I do have a dew concerns one of them is trash service. It would mice if we could have 2 bins for recycling. The 2nd concern is the landscapibg and plowing services. They did a very poor job with the big snow we had in January. My final issue is the parking. Some of us have a 2nd car and at times are not able to find a place in the lot. It feels like spaces are being used for more than 2 cars. Also i have seen people who are not tenants park in the numbeted spots. I wish there were signs alerting that the lot is for tenants only.

I have lived at Spruce Court for over five years and have had a very good experience. My building is quiet and clean, and my neighbors are all very nice. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and the folks in the office are always nice to deal with.

My wife and I for some time, struggled to find a place. Went through many options to buy a home and every step had no luck. Spruce courts offers affordable, reasonable sized, and comfortable apartments for people who are just starting out or people who are downsizing. Located in an incredible area, downtown Royersford. Access to 422 and many local shopping centers. You can not beat the price/location the staff are lovely to deal with.

Been a resident of Spruce Court since November 2024 and it's a nice place to live. Management it's get to work with particularly Sherry in the office and geographically in the center of many shopping plazas
