Mingo Apartments

I have lived here since 2000 and the company does a great job at keeping up the exterior and landscaping. Paula F. and John D. are great employees. Paula keeps me updated on my maintenance requests and John is always friendly when he is working on my maintenance requests. The buildings are well made, you hardly ever hear your neighbors. Each building has a washer and dryer in the basement so you don’t have to go to a laundromat and the larger 1 bedroom units and the 2 bedroom units have washer / dryer hook-ups in unit. The best part they are not overpriced!

Love calling Mingo my home! I’ve lived here for over 10 years and plan on calling Mingo my home for another 10+ years! Any issues I have, big or small get immediate, full attention by Paula in the Leasing Office and/or by John in Maintenance. Both Paula and John are very professional yet genuinely friendly and respectful. They truly care about resolving any issues in a timely manner…and always with a smile! The grounds of the complex are always well kept including the trash bins! My neighbors/fellow tenants are friendly and respectful, as well. And I feel safe living here…that’s another big plus! Parking lots are very well lit. I can’t say enough how happy I am to call Mingo my home! 😊

Mingo is just simply a wonderful place to live. I am so comfortable in my home. The staff here are splendid. Paula is professional on every way! Great. John is the best! Response time to any service request is fantastic!

great place to live, quiet community; neighbors are lovely, people attend to the rules of the development. The area is great close to shopping and various highways are but a short distance to get to. also great school district

I have lived here for 20+ years. Quiet, friendly, beautiful flowers with great landscaping. Easy accessible to grocery stores, drug stores to name a few. Lastly, cannot say enough about Paula and John. Always helpful, kind, and a pleasure to know them.
