Walnut Crossing Apartments

Very nice, clean community to live. Lots of open spaces and trees. Many paved walkways for residents who enjoy walking. It’s also a quiet community during the winter months. It gets vibrant during the summer with kids playing. The only issue I have is the intrusions. The management team enters the apartment homes too often.

The management of this property is top tier. I had a few minor maintenance requests and they were addressed promptly (I'm talking same week). The staff is kind and go above and beyond. There were no hidden fees (which a lot of other properties in the area have) and no amenity fees. It is so nice to see kids playing outside and riding their bikes. Very safe and feels family oriented. I loved that they had flyers for us to put on our doors for Halloween so we could have trick-or-treaters. There's a crosswalk and sidewalks to the adjacent shopping center which makes it safe to walk over and enjoy that area. All and all, fantastic place.

Mack showed professionalism, and was very welcoming. She made me feel comfortable. She is a real asset to Walnut Crossing!

I’ve lived here almost a year. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Masha is amazing with her patience and understanding of issues that arise.

I lived here for 2 years and loved it! As a single girl living by herself I felt very safe here. Staff and maintenance are all so pleasant. When I had a maintenance call it was answered the same day. Highly recommended!
