After having a horrible house fire my family and I are staying here as a rental. I will say when we first looked at the apartment and had talked with Debra she was extremely nice. After staying here and talking with her at the leasing office never in my life have I been treated this poorly by a human being. Laughing at me treating me talking to me like a child very unprofessional and rude especially knowing what my family and I have gone through I would feel very ashamed of myself if I was her. Very nice and sweet to you when they want you to rent out an apartment, while you’re living there they will treat you like an actual pile of dog poop highly would not recommend. Great place to live! These guys don't do any hidden fees which I really appreciate. Very fair rent prices and even the renewal options are fairly priced. Quietest place I've ever lived. I had an upstairs 1-bedroom unit and had neighbors living in all the surrounding units - never heard a peep through the walls. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Repairs (rarely needed because everything is pretty new and high quality) were done quickly and efficiently. Awesome community with families and overall chill people. The rent price is well worth it for what you get: free parking, free gym, free pool, free in-unit laundry, free garbage removal. Highly recommend to anyone in the Philly area!

I moved into Chestnut Pointe Apartments after a fire destroyed my home. I lived in the community for 11 months. When I first visited the property, I was impressed immediately with the well maintained landscape and homes. I was given a tour and decided immediately this would be a fine place to live during the time it would take to rebuild my home. During my stay, the management was always efficient. As a homeowner who must hire someone anytime something breaks down, it was indeed a pleasure to simply go to the Resident Portal and register a need for service. The response was usually the same or next day. A note was left that the service had been completed and all was well. We needed a place to go after an insurance claim and eventually found this place and they were easy enough to work with during the application and dealt with our insurance company. I liked how quiet it was. Most tenants seem to be older or working professionals, so not a lot of noise and nonsense. We had a loud upstairs neighbor where the kid was jumping around and we could hear those vibrations but not really the noise. Parking was never an issue. You do have to walk your trash down to the trash location, which can be far depending on where you're situated. Amenities were a mix of nice and builder grade, which is acceptable. I have lived here for almost a month now and love the place! My apartment is bright and quiet. It must be well-insulated because I rarely hear the neighbors. The management is helpful and friendly and the maintenance staff is very efficient. There is plenty of parking and the neighborhood is very walkable. I couldn’t be happier!
