Lived here for 16 months, my car was towed at least 6 times and it’s about a year now that I moved out and I had to sue them because leasing office still haven’t sent my security deposit as they claim to during move out. Leasing office has the worst service, lack clear communication, are rude most times, and don’t pickup the phone. Property manager is even worse just save yourself the headache. I had an excellent experience working with Jamie Stewart at the leasing office. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient throughout the entire process. Jamie went above and beyond to answer all my questions, provide clear information, and ensure everything was handled smoothly. I toured over the weekend. The apartments are very big and come with hardwood. The pricing is very reasonable and affordable for the amenities and overall space. My leasing agent, Ms.Peters, was very inviting and friendly. Even though I totally asked to see every floor plan possible. She knew every resident we encountered by name and even remembered details they shared with her. In a high rise building that is very rare. I was pleasantly pleased and plan on applying here.

The front office is actively letting people’s packages get stolen. They force packages to be delivered to a central locker room, do not enforce that deliverers actually use the lockers, then act surprised when people’s packages disappear. If you reach out to the front office, they will deflect, blame other people, and do nothing to help you — if they can even be bothered to respond. Going in person can sometimes result in annoyed responses that you dare waste people’s time by asking them to do literally anything about the massive amounts of package theft. On top of the massive amounts of towing, constant disrepair of laundry rooms, elevators that are always down, terrible pest control, and many other things, it’s clear that the front office frankly could not care less and they make living
