Aspen Heights College Park

My son has lived in this apartment community, and it’s exceeded our expectations. The safe and well-maintained building gives us peace of mind as parents. The building has excellent amenities: a clean and well-equipped gym, a quiet study room, and an outdoor barbecue area for relaxation. The friendly and responsive staff make it a great environment for him. We’re grateful we chose this place and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and secure home.

staff are super nice and very responsive, they actually look happy to be there (not like they hate their job!!!)! apartments are very clean and modern. my roomate’s and I are always in the living room since the couch comfy and can sit 4+ people (4x4 boulder) wish we lived here last year😔

Aspen heights by far is the best housing around CP! location is great and easily accessible to campus, the building is nice and is always clean! Best of all management is amazing and very responsive. Arman, Kasra, and Amir especially have been very nice and helpful. I overall love this place and anyone considering leasing here should!

Aspen is the best apartment I’ve ever lived at and it’s the first time my college experience I’ve renewed a place. The staff is extremely nice and responsive. Every issue we have had has been solved within 24hrs. The apartment rooms themselves are so spacious and pretty. The place is clean, smells good, and overall in a perfect location. Definitely recommend living here.

Aspen heights was a lovely Place to live. The leasing office was always responsive and maintenance was quick and effective! I also got a great deal for the 3x3 thanks To management. Would recommend!
