I recently discovered that Godwin Sekyere listed one of our properties without any authorization or verification of ownership. He claimed approval from a “former owner” who isn’t even listed on SDAT records and proceeded to post the property for sale on BrightMLS. This reckless action caused serious disruption to the legitimate listing process and created confusion in the property’s history. Any licensed real estate agent should know to verify ownership before listing a property, yet that basic due diligence was ignored here. If you’re considering working with this agent, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious and verifying all details independently.

This company broke the law recently by adhering their advertising stickers onto stop signs in our community. This is considered vandalism and is illegal under Virginia and Fairfax county law. I don’t know how they thought such sloppy advertising practices would generate business. This seems like a very shabby operation - from advertising in such a way, to their shoddy and unprofessional website, to the contents of their website that features only listings by other companies. There is no way I’d ever use such a company to provide and sort of service, let alone negotiate contracts for $100,000 and more. Shameful.
