The WORST corporate and management! Not only are they completely unhelpful, they actively make life more difficult for their residents. The builiding and units are very poorly maintained. If they can make something a fee, they will. In my opinion, the most frustrating fee is their package delivery fee. If you want to have a package delivered from any courier other than the USPS, they force you to pay a montly fee to use their package lockers and, if you don't, they will turn the package away. This, however, is not clearly communicated to residents, since I received a text directly from management after I declined the locker fee that told me that I was allowed to have packages delivered as long as they fit in our regular resident mailbox. I was then mailed medication in a flat envelope via

TL;DR The complex is poorly maintained (mold, roaches), has multiple price-gouging points where things cost more than they appear, and you're often left feeling powerless over issues in the complex. Short list of issues: Roaches, mold, bad smells, fire alarms, wasps, hidden costs, move-out price gouging, poor grounds maintenance, predatory car towing. I lived in Domain for a year from 2024-2025 and highly discourage anyone from living there. Here is a list of the major issues I encountered while living here: 1. Cockroaches in the trash rooms/chutes (that then go into the hallways, see picture of one on the door frame). 2. Black mold covering the hallway air vents (and in my room upon move-in (see pictures) 3. Rotting, cracked, and warped wood molding by entryways to balconies and windo

It is difficult to concisely convey how cheaply and poorly run this apartment is. I lived at Domain College Park from 2021 to 2024 and in that time I started taking notes about the various obnoxious and/or terrible things that happened. I can't really talk about all of them, so I want to focus on the most egregious: fire alarms and general maintenance. The fire alarm in the building went off so often and was so loud that I am *legitimately* concerned that living at Domain College Park damaged my hearing. I purchased multiple packs of earplugs (some for my apartment and some for my car) because of this. Here are some of the worst specific incidents that occurred involving the fire alarms: (1) There were two incidents within a few months where the fire alarm went off for *multiple hours*.

Lindsay help my wife and I from the time we moved in to the time we moved out. She does a great job and cares about the needs and concerns of residents. This property is calm and quiet and very well staffed.

One of the worst places I’ve ever lived. Period. This apartment was a total nightmare. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Packages constantly went missing—literally every single time I had something shipped to the building, it disappeared. I asked the front desk multiple times, and they always gave me the same fake answer: “We never received it.” Yeah, right. Turns out, the front desk staff were stealing packages, and management knew about it—but instead of fixing the problem, they covered it up. One day I finally had enough, walked into the office, and boom—found MY package sitting there. Took pics and videos on the spot. Next thing I know? I get an eviction notice. So I guess if you catch them red-handed, they just try to kick you out. Unbelievable. The staff are rude, lazy, and act
