West Ridge Apartments

Lived here for 2 years and overall I enjoyed it. Management is great and won't try and rip you off. Heated garage is amazing in the winter. Always lots of parking for visitors. The apartments themselves were very open and bright, although personally they were a little too sterile for me. Big bathroom, full kitchens with island, balcony. Its a really good place to live especially for the price they charge compared to other nice apartments in the area. Laundry room is full on Saturdays but otherwise its big enough for the whole building and when I was there it was only 75 cents to wash and another 75 cents to dry which beats out most apartments around here. All in all great place. We left because of the price (started college, too expensive) and their no pets policy.

I have been a resident of West Ridge apartments for 6 months. I love it here. I plan on living here long term. My apt. is very spacious and quiet. I am a disabled gentleman and the staff here have been so accommodating and helpful. Brooke, the property manager is so nice she will take the time to talk with me if I have a question even with her busy schedule. I love everything about this place!

Ii live here, and from a active duty airman ill say these are a little pricy but well worth it. 2 bed 2 bath for 900 aint the worst. With indoor parking, a workout room on each floor and a public hot tub, its well worth it. Highly recommend and its pet freindly.

Staff seems very nice when I moved in! So far so good! The apartment I’m in is nice, the only complaint that I have is that the carpet in the bedroom smells like there has been a dog in here previously and they supposedly had the apartment deep cleaned.

Lived in Grand forks for 5 years and moved frequently. West Ridge was by far the best place I lived while in Grand Forks! Management is fantastic. Apartments are great. Highly recommend going here.
