The District

The district is arguably one of if not the nicest apartment buildings in Grand Forks, the amenities are top notch. During my time my time at the district I did experience some maintenance issues but the team at The District specifically Josh were easy to work with and incredibly helpful in resolving any issues I had. I have lived in multiple apartments and have never experienced staff that are invested in taking care of their property and the people that live there like I did at the district. Would highly recommend living here.

If I could give The District more than 5 stars, I would! Having moved in when first built, the entire living experience is incredible, starting with the management. Sarah truly goes above and beyond for all of the tenants and makes everyone feel at home. The amenities are all well kept, the apartments themselves are beyond luxurious, and the community is a very safe place to live in. Definitely the nicest apartments in Grand Forks. Perfect for anyone with a dog! I highly recommend The District apartments!

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience at The District since I started renting in April. Sarah made my move-in as painless as possible and has always been incredibly helpful. As a single mom with a full time career, it has been such a blessing to have a clean, comfortable, and well maintained environment for myself and my daughter. Everything from ensuring the pool area is safe and welcoming, to personally following up about concerns I’d raised, the team has made sure we are well taken care of. I’ll be sad to go at the start of the new year, knowing my next apartment won’t have Sarah and Kaitlyn there.

This apartment has met all my needs over and over again. Living here is an experience and makes apartment life so much more luxurious. The office staff are friendly and make sure to constantly clean and restock the coffee bar, they make sure common spaces are clean and have consistently decorated for the seasons. There are also fun involvement opportunities such as pizza parties. I would recommend the District to anyone who is looking to live in an affordable place that has amenities to suite every need.

I have enjoyed living at The District for the last 7 months. With most of Grand Forks developing to the south, this was a nice addition. The amenities offered are a huge contributing factor to what makes this complex stand out. A dog park, community room, full sized gym, pool and hot tub, you have everything you could ask for. Although I will be moving out of state once my lease is up, I wouldn’t have wanted to live anywhere else. Also, Sarah rocks 😎
