Cardinal Point Apartments

We love living here! Pool/hotub, gyms, basketball court are always clean and easily accessible, apartments are in good shape, and the maintenance team has always come within an hour of putting in a general request during their normal business day. The office staff is amazing, and always willing to help out , specifically Geneva who helped us make the transition here a breeze.

My experience touring Cardinal apartments was an absolute joy! I met with Trinity and instantly fell in love with her personality. She was very bubbly, helpful, knowledgeable about the floor plans, and created a welcoming atmosphere for me. Even with just a tour, I knew I would love living here if I moved. I highly recommend touring with Trinity.

I had been searching for a new home from a distance and wasn’t able to visit any units in person. Trinity was welcoming and walked me through the unit over Zoom, taking the time to explain everything in detail. She also responded promptly and kindly to all of my questions and requests by email. Thanks to her support, I found the right unit and successfully moved in. After settling in, I noticed a few cleaning issues, and when I brought them up, Trinity acknowledged the concerns right away and made sure they were addressed properly. I really enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the complex, and the facilities are well maintained. Since moving in, I’ve been very happy living at Cardinal Point Apartments.

We had a great experience touring the apartment back in August with Geneva. She was very accomodating throughout our application process and even after moving in here. I love the amenities they have but I just wish for the corridor to be more clean
