Please do not rent from ANY of their properties - I have lived at 520 cliff st for over 5 years now and have been severely disappointed by the management’s neglect of this property. The maintenance and communication are non-existent - renting from here is a nightmare - Recurring water leaks in the garage, gym and several apartments and bathroom in public spaces, have been ignored for weeks, leading to mold growth. Multiple tenants have even showed up to the physical office in Hackensack to complain and nothing is ever resolved. They manage over 200 buildings and DO NOT CARE ABOUT ANY OF THEIR TENANTS - they were only nice the first initial day we rented to them (and this building is only 5 years old) my car was destroyed due to a pipe leaking onto it and encased it in ice and now cannot u

READ BEFORE YOU RENT THIS PROPERTY . This property deserves below zero . We were living in 2 bedroom apartment and we moved out of the apartment beginning of this month . We talked to someone called Maria , and we wanted to move to one bedroom apartment . She first said they have available one and she’ll call me back . I called her again she didn’t respond then I called her after almost 2 weeks she said they don’t have the unit available now . We said okay we’re moving out . We’re living in a different state now and I keep getting mails about outstanding balance of $3090 when we don’t even live there and didn’t extend our lease . I’ve been trying to that Maria and she doesn’t respond . So I called her on my husband’s number and as soon as she understood that who I was she hung up the phone

Truly my opinion and experience — Unethical Management I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. Please do your research before renting from this company — especially Verde at 873 Communipaw. The management is as unethical as they come and shows no genuine concern for tenant wellbeing. Since moving in, I’ve had items stolen from the lobby (“the cameras couldn’t see from that angle” was their response), my heat broke during the coldest days of winter with a three-day delay before a reply from Maria, and my floors were scratched before move-in. On my very first day, something fell from the garage roof and shattered my windshield. Lots of lies and problems with apartment from my understand and experience. Also sold building and the new company raised my rent without my signing or agreement, and this company ignored my request to provide a lease copy. Also cheated me on water bill and charged me more than my usage. Not cool

This management company is truly the worst, they hide details in the leasing contract, they fail to handle service tickets unless you bombard them with calls & emails about the lack of professionalism. They fail to support on tenant to tenant issues like noisy neighbors they refuse to handle it at all. This company is horrible, their maintenance team sucks and they all lack professionalism SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY
