Smooth and pleasant move-in experience! Kate initially helped me with most of the move-in process, and when she left, Adrien took over and ensured everything was completed smoothly. Gabriel was also very helpful with the key handoff and brief tour. The building itself and my unit are both very bright and filled with natural sunlight, which makes me even more excited to live here. Overall, the process was very seamless and well-managed. Adrien personally walked me through every aspect of my new apartment and when we noticed a few minor things that needed attention, she didn't just 'take a note'.. she contacted the maintenance team immediately to get it resolved on the spot.I recently got engaged and looking to move but she walked us through every single option with us to make sure we we knew. She honestly CARED about our decision.The amazing customer service and community provided by Ora is the primary reason I am renewing my lease. Me & my wife were searching for an apartment that would allow our two dogs, one of which is 98 pounds. Ora was the only apartment in the area that would allow them! We toured and then got approved the day after. We moved in a week later! A big thank you to Gabriel and Adrien for their hospitality and help throughout the whole process! We are very happy with the apartment and the building as a whole!

Have to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance team. Out of all the apartment complexes I’ve lived in, they’ve given the best service. As well, Dawn + Adrien are a dynamic duo that made the move in process super smooth. I absolutely love living here with the access to the restaurants & farmers market across the street!
