Moving to a new area is stressful enough — doing it long distance makes it even harder. Trying to secure a place, ask all the necessary questions, and get clear answers quickly can feel overwhelming. Thankfully, this place made the entire process seamless. From the very beginning, they were responsive, professional, and incredibly helpful. Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly, which gave me complete confidence making decisions from afar. They kept communication open, clear, and consistent, making what could have been a complicated experience feel simple and stress-free. The experience has been so positive that now we are renewing our lease — and that says everything. If you’re relocating and handling everything from a distance, look no further than this hidden gem. I’ve been here for over a year and I love it. The building itself is great, the front desk Mackenzie and bri are kind and helpful, Jae Lynn and Yasmin (who are also great kind and helpful) helped me move to a new apartment in the same building (that’s how much I love it here). Staff (shout out to Jimmy) are all courteous and kind, building is clean and my guests often compliment the cleanliness. I think my neighbors are great too, quiet, respectful. Truly enjoy living here and how safe, quiet, comfortable is.

I lived at Current on the River for three years, and it truly was a beautiful place to call home. Management was always just one call away and made resolving any issues incredibly easy. The handymen were consistently on call and fixed everything promptly—never later than 48 hours. The building was always clean, and I especially loved how festive it felt during the holidays. There were always events happening, and I appreciated how the building incorporated and supported local businesses. I will truly miss Yasmin, Jae Lynn, and Mackenzie at management !!

Living at The Current has been a great experience. Interacting with the staff, especially Yasmin and Jae Lynn, has been amazing, they’re always professional, friendly, and helpful. The building is very clean and well-maintained, i love the BBQ area to relax and the pool, The maintenance team is excellent as well, requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Overall, it’s a comfortable, well-managed place to live, and I’m very happy here.

What started as a great living experience has unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. I’ve lived here for four years, and for a long time, I appreciated the friendly staff, clean building, and well-maintained property. That said, over the past year, the environment has started to feel more like a PETTING ZOO than a peaceful residential community. Neighbors allow their dogs to bark uncontrollably throughout the day, and some leave their pets outside on balconies, barking late into the night. Others continue to let their dogs roam without a leash, which is both inconsiderate and unsafe. With residents paying between $2,600 and $4,000 a month, the quality of life should reflect that investment.
