Phenomenal customer service at this real estate agency! We had an appointment got in right away not a min later there was plenty of outside parking the place does not have a parking of its own however the place is close to down town Hackensack and its meter parking however the customer service was great from the moment we had an appointment

Don't even think to waist your time Don’t ever use this company , they taking sweet time , they couldn’t finish the mortgage paperwork for more than 3 month now , very slow and no one speaking English , so everyone suffering from communication . Always busy no one available from their staff only whose answering the phone call . Very bad service ans whatever review u see different for 5 starts this is not right ans will be from their staff .

Colamerica made our home buying experience so smooth at every step of the process. Our loan officer Vickie and our real estate agent George were both so responsive to our questions and often times went out of their way to make sure we understood the nuances that come with buying a home. They were very clear and transparent about fees and the associate cost of buying a home. Our attorney Julieth worked very diligently on our contract and closing documents, she is very detailed oriented and will make sure that all of your contingencies are met before closing. At the beginning of our process they were fast , everything look good, after our approval letter it was a mess the person who is handle the process doesn't know the documentation the bank are requested, if you have a question they didn't answer to you and they even didn't informed to you about looked your rate.They blame everything to the Bank when they even didn't reply a simple emails, Terrible experience never recommended we take 3 months for a closing ,We use them because we had the house already and have no more time . If you can don't use them at all.
