After my father's death in early April I had the task of selling his condominium. Given the fact had no expertise in this area and my only other experience was purchasing my own home some 29 years ago I was not looking forward to this. A coworker of mine introduced me to Tiffany Leape of Blue Line Realty Group and I am so glad I met her. Immediately she took charge of emptying the contents of the condo, cleaning up to make it presentable for sale, introducing me to an attorney and even replacing an outdated smoke alarm for the inspection which she took care of. Within days after the listing, the condo was sold and we even got a little more money than Tiffany had anticipated. I did not have to lift a finger. I am extremely grateful for all the help and hard work Tiffany did for me.
