Royal Towers Apartments

I’ve been living at World Towers for about 4 1/2 years now, and I’m so happy I chose this place to call home. The building is always kept very clean and well maintained, which is something I really appreciate. The laundry rooms are also consistently clean. I’m a bit of a night owl, so I often go down to do my laundry in the middle of the night, and even at those hours everything is still neat and well taken care of. Another thing I really like is the atmosphere of the building. The tenants are very kind and respectful, and overall it’s a quiet and peaceful place to live. It feels safe and comfortable, which makes a big difference when you’re choosing where to live. The management and staff clearly take pride in maintaining the property, and it shows in the way the building is kept 👍🏻😀

I’ve had a great experience living at Royal Towers. The maintenance team (Wayne, Gabriel, Gutek, and Vinny ) are absolutely amazing. They are always quick to respond, professional, and genuinely care about keeping the building in great shape ( hard to find that in most places ) Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve handled it efficiently and with a great attitude. The office staff is also wonderful very helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with any questions or concerns. It really makes a difference to live in a building where both the maintenance team and the office staff care about the residents. Highly recommend Royal Towers to anyone looking for a well-managed building with an outstanding team.

Love living at royal!!! The office staff are always so kind and welcoming. Esmeralda is the most sweetest soul ever 😊!! Whenever I’ve had a question or needed help with something, they take the time to actually talk with you and make sure everything is explained clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and want everyone to feel comfortable and heard. It’s nice dealing with people who are patient, professional, and always willing to help.

I’ve lived at Royal Towers for 15 years and it truly feels like home. The maintenance team is amazing always quick !! The office team is always so sweet, caring, and helpful. The neighbors are kind and friendly, and I’m very grateful to live in such a wonderful community.

Overpriced! Lived here for a year and a half and we had so many issues!! Let me start with the positives real quick: 1) Assigned parking 2) Renovated 3) Neighbors were cool 4) Maintenance responds fairly quickly and they are very cool and helpful people Now to the negatives: 1) While there is assigned parking, it’s not enforced. During the first few months of living at Royal Towers, my parking space was constantly stolen by non residents and cars with plates that weren’t registered with the building. 2) A/C and heat constantly kept breaking. We had to submit requests to fix it multiple times throughout our lease period. 3) Water pressure would fail. Many times, the kitchen sink would produce a small, weak stream of water that was pretty much useless. And again, we had to put in multipl
