West Gate Manor

Ever since these apartments have been under the new ownership of Brown Capitol and became Brown Village apartments there has been a complete remodel all units are being renovated inside and outside. There has been security added to the property because of the new owners and even more onsite visibility of the property management. The maintenance team has been on point and fixing all necessary problems left behind by the old owners.

I have to give a 5STAR for MRS. TIMESHIA. WEST GATE MONORS Newest, sweetest, respectful, resourceful, on point and most of what I like to call her Mrs. GET DONE. She has made OUTSTANDING and CONSISTANT progress with the property from day 1. We NOW because of Mrs. Timeshia have security and surveillance camera system in the complex, bad seeds that were supposed to be removed from the complex months prior were removed because of the timely and sense of urgency she has for the complexes residence. It has been more quiet, shootouts are less, starting to see children playoutside more. Timeshia has made significant changes to the community in the short timeshe has been here and drives a long way to make sure the residents at West Gate Manor have the best experience while residing on the propert

I stay here currently. My house was broken into when my wife was inside and the TV was stolen. It happened on 8.31.2019 and I have not been able to speak to the management as they were not picking calls. The light posts have been out for 2 months now. Also, the cctv cameras do not work. There is a reason the rent is less compared to other properties. Stay away.

I love the space in the apartments. The rental administrator in the office is Great. Mercedes is one of the best rental administrators I've ever done business with. The apartments renovations are lovely and the neighbors are friendly.
